Your responsibilities:
First point of contact for customers regarding technical issues with their boats
Preparing quotations for repairs and servicing work on electric boats, motorboats and sailing yachts
Liaising with the repairs department
Assisting in the repairs department where required
Adhering to and ensuring compliance with work procedures, quality standards and the necessary documentation
Liaising with suppliers – obtaining quotations – placing orders, etc.
Preparing the final invoice for the customer
Our requirements:
Solid technical training (LAP, HTL, master craftsman) – ideally in boatbuilding
An interest in boating and water sports
Strong manual dexterity and technical understanding
Leadership skills, the ability to work in a team and reliability
Proactive and solution-oriented thinking
Initially a 6-month placement in the repairs department to familiarise yourself with the processes and tasks to be carried out in the workshop

Under Austrian law, we are obliged to state a minimum wage: for the advertised position, this is €2,299 gross per month (in accordance with the collective agreement for commercial workers). We are, of course, willing to pay above this rate depending on your training, qualifications and experience.
