What a summer! 💙 Our laid-back summer series came to an end this year with the final ‘Dock & Thursday’ event at Lake Traunsee – and, of all times, the summer showed itself at its very best for the finale: glorious sunshine, that Lake Traunsee vibe and a wonderful evening in the harbour. ☀️⚓️
Cooking with Robert was accompanied by a fine wine tasting – and for that we’d like to say a very special thank you to Wein Wagner. 🍷
After all, the weather in the days leading up to it had been quite a challenge. The difficult conditions led to an early emergency harvest of the grapes at Wimmer-Czerny – which meant that, unfortunately, the planned wine tasting couldn’t go ahead as intended.
We’re all the more grateful that Wein Wagner stepped in at such short notice and, without further ado, saved our last Dock & Thursday when it came to the drinks. 😉🍷
So what was meant to be a ‘Fish & Wine’ evening turned into a fitting grand finale with good food, fine wines and, above all, plenty of summer spirit.
A heartfelt thank you to all those involved, our partners, supporters and, of course, our guests, who have made ‘Dock & Thursday’ such special evenings.
