What a summer! 💙 Our laid-back summer series came to an end this year with the final ‘Dock & Thursday’ event at Lake Traunsee – and, as if on cue for the finale, summer showed itself once again at its very best: glorious sunshine, that Lake Traunsee vibe and a wonderful evening in the harbour. ☀️⚓️
Cooking with Robert was accompanied by a fine wine tasting – and for that we’d like to extend a very special thank you to Wein Wagner. 🍷
Because the days leading up to it had been quite a challenge weather-wise. The difficult conditions led to an early emergency harvest of the grapes at Wimmer-Czerny – and so, unfortunately, the planned wine tasting couldn’t go ahead as intended.
We’re all the more grateful that Wein Wagner stepped in so spontaneously and, without further ado, saved our last ‘Dock & Thursday’ event when it came to the drinks. 😉🍷
So what was meant to be a ‘Fish & Wine’ event turned into a fitting grand finale with good food, fine wines and, above all, plenty of summer spirit.
A heartfelt thank you to all those involved, our partners, supporters and, of course, our guests, who have made Dock & Thursday such special evenings.
